Terry Ryan serves as CEO and Director of the Constellis Corporation. Ryan was most recently the CEO of Tenax Aerospace where he led the successful transition of the
company to NTC Holdings. He has over 20 years of successful industry leadership experience. Ryan has held senior executive positions at VTG, ManTech International,
SAIC, Mercury Systems, and SRA International which acquired Adroit Systems, where he served as a Director and CEO.

Throughout his industry experiences he routinely advised national security agency directors on advanced technology issues associated with next generation surveillance,
reconnaissance and autonomous systems.

Ryan has nearly 20 years of experience serving in various U.S. Government positions. He held pivotal senior executive
positions to include The Office of Secretary of Defense’s Director of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems; and as the Deputy Director of the Defense
Airborne Reconnaissance Office.

He also served as a Professional Staff Member on the US Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, and US House of
Representatives Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. Ryan proudly served 10 years in the US Marine Corps as
an infantry commander and intelligence officer.
