Theresa Terry serves as the Director, DAF Enterprise Program Solutions, Office of Administration & Management, Office of the Secretary of the Air Force. As Director, Theresa oversees the implementation, execution, and administration of the DAF CM Program activities, leading initiatives within the DAF’s $600B+ annual budget. Additionally, she is responsible for the management and oversight of the services acquisitions portfolio for Headquarters Air Force (HAF), valued at $10B which includes 37 2-letters and 700+ programs. Theresa is the Principal Services Acquisitions Business Advisor to all 37 HAF offices. Lastly, Ms. Terry manages the budget and execution for SAF/AM.
