Mr. Blount leads the AT&T Federal Solutions – Navy and Marine Corps organization, supporting all AT&T Navy and USMC customers and programs. He oversees a global workforce delivering strategic technology solutions and professional services, with a focus on network transformation, infrastructure modernization, wireless communications, and advanced technical capabilities. Tim brings 35 years of experience in technology and executive leadership spanning both military and corporate sectors. As a retired Colonel in the United States Air Force, he devoted over 23 years to service as a Communications and Cyber Operations officer. His career highlights include Advisor to the Secretary of the Air Force staff and senior Pentagon leadership as well as serving as Director of Communications and CIO for First Air Force and Northern Command Homeland Defense. Transitioning to the corporate sector, Tim now serves as Executive Director and General Manager for AT&T’s U.S. Navy and Marine Corps business. Since 2014, he has held multiple leadership
positions within AT&T Federal.

Mr. Blount has also served on the International Board of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and a Master’s in Human Resource Management, and he is a graduate of the United States Air Force Air War College
