He brings more than 20 years of experience providing architecture leadership for enterprise-wide and mission-focused modernization and digital transformation initiatives across the U.S. Government, including the Department of War, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, U.S. Courts, and Department of Energy. Tom has led over 50 successful implementations leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics, and Azure, delivering secure, scalable solutions aligned to operational and mission priorities.
