Tyler leads the LMI Application Delivery Practice Area focused on enterprise software development, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, and deployment activities on cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Previously, Tyler was the C2Next Senior Program Manager and strategic advisor supporting Army Futures Command and C5ISR with the Next Generation Command & Control prototype. Tyler is a retired United States Army officer, where his career spanned enlisted and officer ranks, culminating at the rank of Major. He served as an enlisted infantryman and signal officer, working across conventional and special operations assignments with a heavy emphasis on technology, innovation, and modernization. His final assignment was at Army Futures Command in Austin, TX where he was a founding staff member of the Army Software Factory, an innovative prototype testing and evaluation pilot unit with the organizational mission of organically recruiting Soldiers to develop and deploy software for the Army. Tyler holds a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of North Texas, MS in Enterprise Technology Management from Florida Institute of Technology, MS in Global Business Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a MBA from the McCombs School of Business, University of Texas in Austin.
