Captain (Dr.) Victor Lin is a U.S. Navy family physician and clinical informaticist, currently serving as Navy’s Clinical Informatics Specialty Leader as well as the Chief of Core EHR Applications Branch at the Defense Health Agency. He has led digital health transformation and numerous other efforts to modernize healthcare delivery.
