Wade joined IPTA in May 2023 after successfully leading the defense business unit at another large government contractor, increasing revenue by 200% in 4 years. He brings 12 years of US Air Force (AF) service and 26 years professional experience in leading diverse teams in the design and implementation of business solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) customers.

Wade has two roles at IPTA, the Chief Innovation and Strategy Officer and NCR Business Senior Director. He oversees the strategic technical direction and IPTA’s business with OEM vendors and the NCR. He is committed to customer mission success by blending his functional expertise, mission understanding and cutting-edge technologies across the DoD.

Wade holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration with a Specialization in Technology Management.

Originally from the deserts of Tucson, AZ, Wade’s AF career consisted of working on cruise missiles, being a contracting officer, and serving the last 4 years at the White House Communications Agency (WHCA). He is married, has 5 children, 3 stepchildren and 6 grandchildren. As a young adult, Wade was a Professional Bowler amassing 7, 300 games. He coached college level summer baseball for 10 years for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Wade brings his competitive fire, passion and leadership skills to all he does as an executive leader at IPTA.
