Wes has led enterprise-wide crisis operations across the FBI, overseeing 850+ personnel and a $185M budget spanning aviation, tactical response, hazardous devices, and behavioral threat assessment. He previously served as Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s Chicago Field Office, directing over 1,000 personnel across cyber, criminal, and national security investigations. His career includes leading global readiness programs, managing counter-UAS strategy, and spearheading cross-sector initiatives in leadership
development and advanced technologies like quantum computing. Now in private consulting, Wes helps organizations strengthen resilience, reduce risk, and ensure operational continuity in an increasingly unpredictable world.
